Mr. Khaled Alsuhibani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from King Saud University, in addition to a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. He has brought over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate and commercial development sector, during which he has held leadership positions in several major companies in the Kingdom.
He currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Real Estate Company, in addition to his role as Head of the Commercial Sector at the same company since 2022. He previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at a retail real estate company, as well as General Manager at Hamat Real Estate Company.
Mr. Khaled Alsuhibani is a board member of several companies, including Riyadh Holding Company, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company, and Ajlan Riviera Company. He also chairs the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Korean Company for Maintenance and Property Management.
His expertise spans across shopping mall management, business development, marketing, and leasing, making him one of the distinguished leadership talents in the real estate development sector in the Kingdom.
