Binyah obtained approval from the Ministry of Commerce on 06-29-1446 AH corresponding to 12-30-2024 AD, to implement a decision to increase the company's capital from 50 million Riyals to 300 million Riyals, by capitalizing an amount of 250 million Riyals from retained earnings into the company's capital, so that the number of shares becomes 300 million shares with a nominal value of 1 Riyal per share.
For his part, the CEO of the Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah), Eng. Fahad Almesfir, explained: "An important historical moment in the journey of our company. A major transformation that will have a positive impact. This transformation is not only related to the development of operations or products, but rather a strategic step aimed at strengthening our position and enabling us to continue to achieve success and growth, thanks to the joint efforts of the entire work team."
