Binyah has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al Jaber Engineering at the Global Infrastructure Exhibition, held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The agreement aims to strengthen strategic cooperation and reinforce the partnership between the two companies.
Representing Binyah was its Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Fahad Al-Misfer, while Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Sultan Al Jaber, represented Al Jaber Engineering. The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both sides among a group of decision-makers in the field of infrastructure.
On this occasion, Eng. Fahad Al-Misfer expressed: “Today, we take a significant leap forward with the announcement of our partnership with Al Jaber Engineering, a leader in the field of construction and consultancy. This is not merely a business partnership, but a convergence of visions to shape the future of infrastructure. For his part, Mr. Mohamed Sultan Al Jaber emphasized that the signing of this agreement reflects the mutual trust between the two parties, saying:
